356A Coupe Replica by JPS Motorsports

What We Like

Is it real or is it a replica? That’s a question you will likely hear when driving this 3,100-mile 356A Coupe replica by JPS Motorsports. Reliable power comes from a programmable ECU-controlled 2,110cc air-cooled flat-four engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, while modern 4-wheel disc brakes help keep everything under control. Features like a Sony stereo, Coco-brand floor mats, and air-conditioning make this coupe usable year-round. With current lead-times of at least 14 months for a new allocation, this 356A Coupe represents a great opportunity for someone to just "get-in-and-drive" with no waiting.

Seller Information

Vehicle History & Overview

The seller acquired this nicely-optioned 356A Coupe replica in June 2022 and has added approximately 100 of the 3,150 miles shown. The original build includes a 2,110cc air-cooled flat-four controlled by a programmable ECU backed by a 4-speed manual transmission, 4-wheel disc brakes, and a classic black over beige color combination. Other desirable features include a Sony stereo, power windows, and air-conditioning. Two keys and a jack are included.

Porsche’s 356 was produced between 1948 and 1965, with the early A-series cars being some of the most desirable. JPS Motorsports has been building Porsche 356 replicas for more than 30 years using modern components and offers an extensive customization program. Upgrades over the original 356 include 4-wheel disc brakes and larger displacement engines with greater reliability. Other options such as a stereo and air-conditioning make the JPS Motorsports cars usable year-round.
