Vehicle History & Overview

Per the included accident-free Carfax report, this Boxster S was sold to its first owner in July 2002 and shows California registration from new. Regular service visits from new through September 2010 at Sonnen Porsche of San Rafael, California are shown on the included Carfax report. The selling dealer acquired the car from its third owner in September 2022 and performed service totaling $6,966, including installation of an upgraded IMS bearing, replacement of the clutch, flywheel, rear main seal, trunk shocks, and a lube/oil/filter service. Service records since 2016 are included along with a DME report, factory bra and two keys.

Porsche's Boxster debuted in late 1996 and was an instant hit thanks to its sweet-sounding flat-six engine, 5-speed manual transmission, and agile mid-engine chassis. A variety of improvements were introduced for model year 2000, including the introduction of the Boxster S with an enlarged 3.2-liter, 250-horsepower flat-six engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
