With a sub-3,000 pound curb weight, superb road manners, and a naturally-aspirated flat-six, it's easy to see why early 996s are finally being recognized as excellent driver's cars in today's market. This particular example represents the first year of US 996 production, and features desirable attributes such as a manual transmission, early "amber" exterior lenses, and California ownership from new. The seller acquired the car from Porsche Monterey in May 2021, and has since enjoyed 10,000 trouble-free miles while adding a few upgrades and completing regular maintenance. With 996 prices recently increasing, this C2 coupe provides an attractive entry point into a "driver-spec" 996.1.
