The included accident-free Carfax report indicates this 911 Turbo has spent time in the Midwest and Washington state. Service records since 2006 are included. Noted Porsche service facility Cantrell Motorsports is shown as having performed service in 2020 and 2021. The seller states a pre-purchase inspection revealed pinned coolant lines, and service records show the transmission was replaced in 2012. Upgrades include Ohlins Road & Track coilover suspension, Fabspeed exhaust, and a Rennkit eRam rear spoiler drive system. A set of Gemballa wheels with Hankook tires are also included.
Porsche’s 996-chassis 911 Turbo ushered in a new era of everyday-accessible performance when it was launched in 2001. A 415 horsepower, twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six was mated to a 6-speed manual transmission and all-wheel-drive. Curvaceous, widened bodywork with model-specific inlets over the rear wheels and a speed-dependent rear spoiler set the Turbo apart from other 911 models. Luxurious interior appointments included leather covering most surfaces and a Bose audio system. According to Porsche, this all-weather-capable supercar could sprint from 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds and had a top speed of 189 mph, though independent testing proved the car was even quicker.
