The second-generation Mercedes-Benz CLK, internally known as C209-chassis, was launched in the US in 2003. The CLK320 features a naturally-aspirated 221 horsepower 3.2L V6 engine backed by a smooth-shifting 5-speed automatic transmission, the complete assembly of which is bolted into a capable rear-wheel-drive chassis based on Mercedes' C-class sedan. Elegant, curvaceous exterior styling overlaid a handsome interior covered in leather and burred walnut trim. CLK production ended in the US in 2010.
