Although more commonly associated with tractor-trailers, International has as a storied history building very capable 4-wheel-drive trucks like the Scout series. This Scout 800A was optioned with the desirable SR-2 package. Upon purchasing this Scout in early 2022, the seller undertook a refurbishment that included replacing corroded metal, re-spraying in Flame Red, replacing the glass, re-upholstering the interior, and more. Receipts totaling more than $5,500 are included. Notable upgrades include 15” Fuel alloy wheels wrapped in 31” Toyo A/T tires, a spray-in bedliner, Flowmaster exhaust, Skyjacker and CPT suspension parts, and more. Vehicle History & Overview
According to the included line setting ticket, this Scout 800A was optioned with the SR-2 package and shipped to Zion Motors of Murray, Utah. The seller acquired the Scout in January 2022 after it reportedly performed snow-plow duty in Salt Lake City for a private business. Starting shortly after the purchase the seller refurbished the Scout, including replacing corroded metal sections, and then re-spraying the vehicle in factory Flame Red. Parts and materials receipts totaling over $5,500 are shown in the main gallery, and the seller is believed to have performed most of the labor himself. Modifications include custom painted 15” Fuel alloy wheels with 31” Toyo Open Country A/T tires, a Flowmaster dual exhaust, CPT suspension components, aftermarket shocks, and more. Separate keys for the exterior locks and two ignition keys are included.
