1985 Honda

Elite 250

What We Like

Honda’s CH250 Elite is often thought of as a precursor to the present-day scooter and is still competitive today thanks to its ability to keep pace on modern highways. This first-year CH250 features the desirable Touring package that includes a Kenwood AM/FM radio and locking body-colored trunk. The selling dealer installed new tires and performed an inspection in preparation for the sale. This NO RESERVE CH250 Elite is a great entry-point for two-wheeled riding and also makes a fantastic RAD-era conversation piece.

Seller Information

Vehicle History & Overview

The selling dealer, a motorcycle specialist, acquired this CH250 Elite in July 2022 and has added less than 50 of the 15,400 miles shown. The selling dealer replaced the front and rear tires and performed an inspection in preparation for the sale. The scooter appears to be free of modifications. A factory toolkit, owner’s manual, and Kenwood radio manual are included.

The Honda CH250 scooter was launched in 1985 and was almost immediately successful. The CH250 set itself apart from other scooters thanks to its ability to comfortably cruise at highway speeds. When equipped with the optional Touring package seen on this example, it was also able to play music thanks to a Kenwood AM/FM radio. Series production of the first generation CH250 ended in 1988.
