Manufactured in December 1988 and per the included accident-free Carfax report, this Jeep stayed with one owner for nearly 13 years. The seller purchased the vehicle in January 2020 and has added approximately 500 of the total 75,300 miles shown. Launched in 1985, the Jeep Comanche was AMC's answer to other compact pickup trucks. From the cabin forward much was shared with the unibody Jeep Cherokee SUV, but the bed was mounted on top of the frame, similar to most pickup trucks. A class-exclusive, fully-boxed frame offered best-in-class payload capacity. The Comanche's unibody cab design offered easier ingress/egress over competitors while still maintaining Jeep's legendary off-road capabilities.
