This 1981 Nissan Patrol was reportedly sold new in the Netherlands and later brought to several other countries. It was acquired in October 2021 by the seller, who has since added approximately 3,000 kilometers. The seller specializes in refurbishing and importing four-wheel-drive vehicles to the US, and subsequently had a refresh completed including rust repair/bodywork, re-sealing the roof, new paint, an overhauled interior, mechanical servicing and the addition of an updated stereo, heating kit, and air-conditioning as further detailed in the listing below. According to the seller, this Patrol retains a factory 4.0-liter inline-six paired with a correct 4-speed manual gearbox and dual-range transfer case.

Servicing & Documentation

The seller claims that after purchasing this Patrol in 2021 a refresh was completed including (but not limited to) the following:

• Exterior and interior rust repair/bodywork

• Roof re-sealed

• Exterior and interior repainted

• Interior overhaul including: new seat/door card upholstery, floor liners, updated stereo system, addition of air-conditioning and heater kit

• Engine, transmission, suspension, and braking system servicing

Imperfections

• Dent on driver's-front fender above the wheel well, as shown below

• Assorted exterior scratches/flaws commensurate with a 42 year-old vehicle

• The seller notes a ~15cm spot of corrosion on the rear floor

• Some spots of corrosion, such as around the antenna, in the fuel-cap area, and underneath as pictured below (additional undercarriage photos in the main gallery)

• Per the seller, the temperature gauge is inoperable

Additional Information

• This Patrol is being sold with Vermont registration in the name of the seller's LLC. Note that Vermont does not issue titles for vehicles over 15 years old, the registration is used as the legal document to transfer ownership.
