Seller Information

Vehicle History & Overview

Per the included, accident-free Carfax report this 911 Cabriolet was sold to its first, Colorado-based owner in March of 1997. Subsequent owners have kept the car in Colorado, often servicing it at what is believed to be the original selling dealership -- Stevinson Imports. The seller acquired the car in June 2010 and has added approximately 7,000 of the 34,700 miles shown. Modifications are reportedly limited to a front strut-tower brace and paint protection film on the front fenders and front trunk-lid.

The 993-chassis Porsche 911 (1995-1998 in the US market) was the swansong for the air-cooled 911 engine and chassis. The updated 3.6L flat-six developed 282 horsepower and was paired with a 6-speed version of the famed “G50” manual transmission. The 993 was also the most advanced version of the air-cooled chassis to date and featured contemporary strut-type suspension, kinematic passive rear-steering, ABS, all-wheel-drive, and more.
