The current World Rally Championship was pioneered by iconic cars like the Lancia Delta HF Integrale. This 20k-kilometer example was sold new in Japan, carries service records since 1993, and still has the factory plastic wrapping on the interior door panels and carpeting. The selling dealer imported the car from Japan in April 2022 and replaced the fuel-pump as well as the tires. Classic 1980s “box-flared” bodywork is draped in white with a fantastic green Alcantara interior. This highly-original example has limited modifications including an Alcantara Momo Prototipo steering wheel, rear strut tower brace, and Japanese-market Sony stereo. This extremely low-mile rally legend is ready be admired from behind the wheel and at your local Cars & Coffee event, where it's sure to draw a crowd.

Per the included documentation this Delta Integrale Evo 1 was first registered in Japan in May 1993. Subsequent inspections and services were often conducted annually. The transcribed service records are shown in the Servicing & Documentation section and indicate in November 2021 the following services were performed: lube/oil/filter service and replacement of the drive belt, radiator & hoses, timing-belt, water-pump, and engine mount. The seller imported the car in April 2022 and installed new tires as well as replaced the fuel pump. Service records in both English and Japanese, the owner’s manuals, keys, spare tire, and jack are included.
The Lancia Delta is a five-door hatchback penned by legendary Italian designer Giorgetto Giugiaro. It launched in 1979 and was named the 1980 European Car of the Year. Multiple versions were offered, but the high-performance Delta HF 4WD first launched in 1986 and dominated the 1987 Group A World Rally Championship, winning 9 of 13 races. The Integrale version was the first to feature widened fenders and helped continue the Delta’s rally domination. The Evoluzione I featured here was launched in 1991 and featured a new 16-valve cylinder head, which helped the car develop 207 horsepower in road-going trim. All told the Delta HF Integrale Evo won six consecutive World Rally Championship manufacturer’s titles.
