From the beginning, 000 Magazine has been about providing more to the reader. The experience, with each issue spanning 256 pages, is more engaging thanks to a superior content/ad ratio and a high-quality fit-and-finish that's more akin to a soft-cover book than a traditional periodical. With sustainability in mind, there is no newsstand edition, resulting in little wasted paper or materials. This attention to detail and quality means that each issue of 000 can be displayed on its own, or on a coffee table with other books.

Many of the early softcover issues have sold out, and the same is true with Subscription S. The complete Subscription S set being auctioned here is number 055 of 999, and takes the experience to the next level in terms of exclusivity and quality. Each issue is hardbound by hand and comes with a laser-etched plaque showing an individual serial number. Each year, a handmade, powder-coated aluminum slipcase for all four quarterly issues is provided and finished in a unique color recognizing a historic Porsche shade. This collection also includes a 2017 sculpture by Stéphane Dufour of the Typ 64 in black—the 1939 rally racer that set the styling template for the Porsche's post-war 356—with matching number 055 / 999. A new copy of the long unavailable 000 Prototyp issue is also included.

This complete set of hardcover, hand-bound, serial-numbered 000 Subscription S magazines, slipcases, Issue 000 Prototyp, and the first-year sculpture is a second-chance opportunity for Porsche enthusiasts. 2018 S Gift:

• Hand-numbered Weissach track print. Printed on paper giclée with fade-resistant archival inks.

2019 S Gift:

• 917/30-inspired sculpture designed by Knoll’s former global design head Carl Gustav Magnusson, delivered in a custom extruded aluminum container by Zero Cases with Spinneybeck leather interior. Topped by a handmade laminated wood lid by Manuel Campuzano.

 2020 S Gift:

• 917/935 center lock nut with 000 logo and subscriber number, created in a limited production run from the same supplier used for the restoration of 917-001.

2021 S Gift:

• 1:18 scale model by Spark of David Donner’s Pikes Peak TA1-winning #000 911 GT2 RS Clubsport Art Car, but as conceived & photographed for the cover of Issue 015.
